I'm doing couch to 5k on the treadmill due my knee not been up to running on the roads. I had not done any excercise for a few years but I'm loving it.

On week 4 run 1 now started at 13stone 3pounds down to 12 stone 5 pounds.

Hi, to my mind it makes no difference whether you’re doing it on a treadmill or not, the fact that you’re doing it at all is the main thing. 🙂 I’d suggest maybe setting the treadmill to an incline though to make sure you’re working everything you should. I’ve no doubt others more experienced than me will correct me if I’m wrong.

Good luck with it all! 👍
