Starting week 4 tomorrow. Chuffed I’ve made it this far! The five mins scares me but not as much as the jump in week five. Who else is on week 4 who can provide inspirational words?

You are doing very well indeed Debochka, they say you should not look too far ahead on C25K future runs but I see you have noticed that big jump from 8 to 20 minutes in week 5, don't worry about that run, you will be OK on the day, take every run as it comes slow and steady.

Well done for keeping going. I’ve just finished week five and honestly you will feel so prepared by the time you get there 😊

There is a great post on here about positivity - I can’t find it because I’m on the app but I think it’s a pinned post. Believe in the programme and what you are doing and you will do great

Just keep doing what you are doing, you’ve done amazing to get to this far and you can keep going

Look again at week 5. I imagine you are thinking you go from 8 min to 20. But you do the 8 min twice, no? So it's 16 min running to 20. Actually... it's 8 running, 5 walking, 8 running. 21 min of activity, *all* of which takes energy. Then run three is just 20 min. Where's the jump? You'll be ready as long as you start nice and slowly. Give yourself credit for what you achieve and how it makes you ready for w5r3.
