Creeping Up To 5k

1st run of my second postgraduate week. Slowly o so slowly I’m creeping up to 5K. I’ve increased my minutes to 32 and will probably stay at this for another few weeks. I’m in no rush to reach 5K and enjoying my running so much.

I'm still not doing 5k yet but I've stopped timing how long I run for, ive found I can run longer if I just put my Strava and music on and do what I can...think we all find our own way to try to get to the 5k. But well done you, it's a great feeling isn't it !!
