I normally begin my new week runs on Saturdays but I'm away for the weekend later today so did it this morning (I'll be partaking of the falling down juice so running isn't an option).
I found this run a bit more tiring than the 25 minute run two days ago, not physically because my legs weren't particularly tired and my breathing was probably better. It's the first time I've had to mentally push myself. I have until Monday night until I do R2, I'm hoping this wee break will get me psyched up for it.
