So far I have followed the plan to the letter, however tonight I felt good running (it was a bit cooler) so I went past the 14mins halfway mark and kept going to 15mins, kept up the pace and got to 5k in 30mins.
Going to carry on with the plan and do 28mins for the rest of this week. But absolutely chuffed to do 5k, I literally could only just manage 60secs 7 weeks ago! All the new starters just follow the plan and it will work!

Congrats! That’s awesome! I can’t wait to get to that pace. I’m currently running a km in about 6’29” so I have some ways to go but I’m looking forward to maybe not always being the guy getting overtaken by everyone else 😆
