Sore hip!

Just completed w6 R1. The 20 minutes run from the previous week was a struggle as my right hip starts hurting after about 8 mins. Anyone know of some good stretches focusing on the hips?

Hi! Seems this post got missed. Very busy round here :) welcome to the forum and do seek out the FAQ post 'how to run C25K' healthunlocked.com/couchto5... . Not sure on specific stretches. It probably depends on what exactly is the issue. Have a search of some running sites and if it it persists, do get it checked out! Don't run through pain.
