As so many others have said before, never thought I would do this, but today, ran even further and slightly faster and almost didn’t want to stop. Thank you coach Laura and Jo really enjoyed the podcast, but loved making playlists with the app, especially on shuffle.

These size 3s were made for running (on dusty farm tracks lol)
