So I'm away to go out for my 1st run I over a week. A mixtures of the dreaded gremilins then got a sickness bug on sun. I've decided I'll b happy just to do some running. If I don't finish wk7 today that ok. I'm running to beat the gremilins, to know I can run even if I'm fighting myself and I know I will feel better.
