Feeling great about that run. 3 minutes doesn’t sound like much but it’s the longest I’ve run since I was 16. It was good to think of it as building stamina and I was very pleased to only have 4 runs in total. Stretching at the end really helped and I’m actually starting to look forward to my runs.
