Hi my name is Terry I’m 57 and not been very sport minded due to having asthma but I decided after reading several articles to try the couch to 5 k and I have just completed run 3 on week 4 and I’m really enjoying it.im a little apprehensive about the next 2 weeks but am also looking forward to it.If anybody is thinking of trying it ,do it you feel great when you complete each stage

Bizarrely it gets easier the more you progress. Don’t make the mistake of looking ahead (we all did it and fears were unfounded), just take each run as it comes, push through and hopefully enjoy some of them! 😊

Hi Terry! Welcome to the forum! I'm so glad that you're enjoying the runs and took on the challenge without being put off by your asthma. Absolutely well done for completing W4 and there's more of those great feelings to come too. Enjoy! We look forward to hearing more! ❤️
