Hi I’m just wondering how far people are going when they are doing the 28 minutes run? Last week in 25 mins I ran dead on 2 miles yet on Monday running the extra 3 minutes I had only travelled a further .04 of a mile. Am I not running at the correct pace or is it something that will happen gradually as I increase my fitness level

The 'correct pace' is the pace that you can sustain for the length of the run. Please don't worry about pace and distance right now. Just get to the end of the programme and then you can begin to develop as a runner

As Hidden has said don’t worry about your pace. This will indeed develop as your fitness and stamina increases. For now just concentrate on running the alotted time comfortably. Good luck! 😊
