Well yesterdays run was more R.E.M.'s "End of the world as we know it" than James Brown's "I feel good" but i made it - one more to go.

And by one more to go i mean one more till I graduate. whilst i can't say its my favourite pastime i do intend to keep at it as i have noticed some benefits - I may not be a "svelte marathon runner" as another community member wrote but i am noticing benefits none the less.

So stick with it guys and girls, it does make a difference.
