Yesterday I thought I could combine w6r3 with the Race for Life. It just didn't happen sadly. Whether it was I didn't have Laura with me or the heat at mid day (I'm used to going out at 6am) or because I was part of a team- including a 6 year old I don't know. I just felt I didn't have the energy to run more than 15 minutes. I'm a bit disappointed but will see what happens on Wednesday morning when I try again.
ps I did complete the Race for Life though - 44 minutes -

Dont worry about it, running in a crowd and with others is very different. The heat will also definitely have played a part! Take a rest day and do your own run again. Hope you had a great RFL.
Yes I believe you're right about running in a crowd being different - my daughter mentioned that as well. Four generations of my family running RFL - so proud we all did it.
