First post graduate run

Really pleased with my first post grad run today, I changed my route felt really good and kept at a steady pace

Really missed Sarah M tho but my hubby was right there to take over from her and kept me going with loads of encouragement (he’s a good un)

Furthest I have run so far & I’m hoping to get to 5k next week 🤞 next stop park run

Keep going everyone you can all reach your goals
