My first graduation run this morning. Warm up and warm down exactly as I’ve learned. Ran at 4.30 am nice and cool. I ran 4 kilometres, I’m happy with the distance. Fees good to play in the big school.

Very well done... enjoy some runs just for pure joy...then pop in plenty of 30 minutes there too. Try new routes, some shorter runs and some longer.

Loving this post & i have saved info to my notes on my phone as my problem has always been after graduation sticking with running! Always come back though😊& have never returned completely to the couch😂still walking every day & hopefully 3rd time lucky as on week 7 now Again 😂.
