I'm also in week 8. Are you sure you’re not going too fast? Now we’re getting a bit better at this running lark I often have to tell myself to slow down in the early stages of a run. Keep going!
You will be fine! Slow down if you need to. If you complete a run don't repeat it. You can do it! ☺☺
