Confession. It has been 11 days and five hours since my last run 🤣🤣

I thought I would never get back to it. Just lost my mojo.

But tonight, despite having a really long day at work, being shattered, having more paperwork to do later tonight AND being so hot I can hardly stand it.. I got my trainers on and ran.

I didn’t do a thirty min non stopper though. I broke it up so did:

3 min walk

10 min run

3 min walk

10 min run

3 min walk

5 min run.

25 min running over all. Not thirty non stop again yet but I’m still really chuffed I got on and did it. Some running is better than none and that’s still not a bad stint of exercise.
