I’ve been off sick for a bit.

What’s my options for getting back. I was thinking maybe a couple of 20min gentle jogs?

If you are feeling better...just head out for a gentle, jogette :) No fixed distance or time...just choose a route you enjoy, and head.. your body will soon tell you how it feels.

Don't push it... just run, walk, whatever feels right.

We don't lose fitness that quickly and if you start putting in a little gentle, rest day exercise too, you should be back on track soon :)

Where did you get to on C25K? How long have you been out? Totally not scientific suggestion here but how about you take one week back for each week you’ve been off?

In the same dilemma as I have been out with injury for 2w and my next run was due to be my graduation run. Feeling a bit scared as I don’t want to end up back at square one by aggravating the problem. I think I will try and just go for it (very slowly) and see how it feels. Good luck to you!
