I am blowing my own trumpet now! I finished! W9R3 done. Feeling very proud of myself. Didn't see how it would happen when I started but I did it. I may be slow but who cares! Next aim is to keep it up for a few weeks and gradually try and build up speed . After that, who knows? 10k maybe....
