Hot and glowing!!!! Second Km in felt tough but just kept plodding one foot in front of the other!

Ouch! The thought of nightshifts is bad enough.
I know! I’ve managed it once post nights last week and it actually wasn’t too bad. It’s either Home then straight out or wait til I get up around lunchtime by which time it’s way too hot!!! If my shift is manic tho and I’m knackered I might put it off til Monday morning although being the stubborn mule that I am unless I’m dying I’ll go Sunday morning 🙈
