Wow just shows what you can do if you put your mind to it. Another run done in the C25K programme and smashed a whole 3min off of my time. Well chuffed and still my knee is holding out on me. Since April my health has gone from strength to strength. Stopped smoking 15th February just completed 8 weeks of top quality training for UWCB and also week 6 run 2 of C25K. Happy chappy I am.
