This morning I was up and out at 6.30 to beat the heat and it appears that for me at the moment is the best time .

I did my warm up walk and off I went. I really enjoyed it. I took a slightly different route today because it was early and could dart across the road without to much traffic .on the odd time. I had to stop for traffic but I decided to walk across as it bugs me when runners dart across Infront of traffic . I still can't believe how far I have come from being a whinge bag after 100 meters to being a happy bunny after 5k . 🏃🏃🏃🥇🥇🥇🤗🤗🤗 Love running xx

I read once that "proper" runners stop at lights/traffic/crossings etc whereas "newbies" run on the spot. But you don't need this to prove you're a proper runner because obviously you are 🙂
