W5R3 question

I surprised myself by completing W5R3 without too much difficulty although I'm absolutely not used to running for 20 minutes and was pretty slow (3.94km in total including warm up and down). Should I redo that run to build up my stamina and check it wasn't a fluke, or just move on to Week 6 please?

Nope... you did the run...just move on and well done.

Try to forget about speed and or distance...just do the runs, enjoy them and move on to Week 6 with confidence.

Your rest day exercise for core strength and stamina should really help you and could be upped a little now the runs are getting longer:)
