How is this me? I feel really gutted because I’m travelling on business in Scandinavia until Friday that my final Week 3 Run will need to wait until Saturday .
I’ve changed - and for the better!
This running and the endorphins released are so addictive now and I’m only using the treadmill at the moment and I reckon the outdoor running will be even more enjoyable (don’t ask why I haven’t done outdoor running so far - it’s just that the gym regime has been excellent for me these past 8 weeks) .
Bring on Saturday morning!
