dont worry about them just focus on what you are doing - they wont mind at all ! I graduated last week and it is difficult at the beginning but stick at it ! you will soon be running for longer and enjoying it - I ran alone and still do - I wont run with my husband as he is faster and I know it would be off putting - keep going ! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

There's no better here. If you mean faster, your comfortable, sustainable pace is determined by lots of factors, height, age, general fitness, previous injury etc so one person's faster can't really be compared to another's. This isn't the Olympics. If you're completing the runs that's all you need to do! I'm sure if your group is nice they don't mind you being slower if that's what you meant. Is there any chance you would run on your own? You're never alone with this forum anyway.

This is gremlins getting you. If they didn’t want you to run with them you would know all about it. Run at your pace and enjoy it.

As icklegui says, it’s impossible for us to compare ourselves.
