Welcome home... either that or get up really early... my son in law is doing his runs at 5 a.m. before work!
Thanks for that advice. However this is unsuitable for me I am a shift worker and need all the sleep i can get when i can as i work very long hours with me being away from home 3-4 days a week as it is. I will get back to it, just not right now

I was in a similar prediciment earlier this week...had missed over 9 days though due to a combination of work/active away weekend and then cold and bad hayfever..so was probably in a worse state. Decided to repeat the run i last did (w6r1) rather than drop back a whole week...which was the right decision in my case as the fact i knew i could do it reassured me and just had a great w6r2 today. Been running after 7pm due to the heat though and using forest trails when possible.
I wish i was brave enough to run outside sadly not yet i purchased a treadmill for home use, made up with the progress ive made already
See i find it much harder ON the treadmill as it somehow affects my balance and im petrified of falling over! Manage to blank out how unfit and stupid i look outside and focusing on the scenery and how much more of the park i can get round helps keep me going. Each to their own i guess. If you are indoors maybe get a fan next to the treadmill to help in the heat?
