Welcome Lark28, you done the hardest part by deciding to do this.

I’ve heard it said everyone has one book in them and I’ve heard it said that everyone can sing.

Speaking from personal experience that’s crap, but Everyone can do C25K if they just trust the programme and take it nice and steady.

You’ll be fine and everyone on here will help out with any advice or encouragement you may need.

Hi Lark,

I am in a similar place. 3 years of uni done and 1 more to go until I get my masters but my activity level was pretty much nil and that is where I came across this! I am now in week 2 and tbh I can even notice the difference this early on! It will be great to do - if I can do it then you can :D
