I was happy until I read this post. However, Dozzer19' you were one of the first people in the group that welcomed me, and although I haven't been here long, you've been a great inspiration, along with all of the others in this group. The Dozz-ville Challenge was a defining moment for me in that it proved to me that I could and did complete this program. I'll miss your posts and hope that you will pop in once in a while. Good luck!

OH Dozzer that has made me a bit sad, hope you are ok? your unique posts have kept us all really amused over the past few months and i enjoyed your Dozz-ville challenge alot! All the best for the future It will be a duller place without you..........

maybe he will reconsider, or just needs a break and will return ? i guess it can get quite time consuming keeping up with everyone, but i know i miss it if i don't come on here, cos its such a positive place

I've had many a laugh reading and responding to your posts and I did wonder if you were 19, or 19 stone or born in 1919 or maybe live at number 19 - a mystery still unsolved. Oh Doz where you off to mate? Oh well go if you must. It's been a blast. I thought I'd die laughing when I saw you head first in that lump of coffee and walnut cake. LOL
So, we're a squadron without a leader, a posse without a sheriff, an elephant without a mahout. You get me drift. But go if you must, don't worry about us, left here with no-one to guide us, to steer us through the flotsam of life. We'll manage you just see if we don't. Huh! Who needs you any way? We can get along without you just fine. Shrugs shoulders, flounces off. Oh sod it, wrong door! That's the broom cupboard ..................

Hi Poppypug the training is going fantastic! Loving every minute how is you? Josh is doing well and has just knocked 6 seconds off his 3000m Steplechase PB which puts him 29th in the UK for the U20's men! Very proud!

It's awful when you feel run down xx have a pamper and try and get some special 'me time' xx running seems to be one of the few things I can focus on at the moment! Feel like burying my head in the sand for a lot of what's happening. Josh is 1min 43 seconds off UKA World Junior Standards so still a long way to go! Xx

Thanks Poppypug. Still having problems need to reduce stress levels. We know just the thing don't we? Have to build back up & now on 20 mins running. I think we all miss Dozz but it must have been hard work keeping up with the frenetic level of posts & replies. It was fun though. Makes me smile just thinking about it xx
Thanks Pops, I think he does get to see them because he hasn't deregistered & that's fine. He's probably blushing. Hope he has a good rest. Yes off over bank Holiday & have asked for early finishes this week & next - need to get rid of some excess hours & I'm managing to get some running in. As you say nowt like running. I'm not intending to start back on the rediculous hours I was doing. Have a good weekend. xx
