So after rhe euphoria of managing the dreaded W5 R3 on friday, i decided to tackle this one today. Slightly apprehensive as I'd read how many people struggled wirh this one, but I did it! I actually managed a 45 min boxing circuit and then did W6 R1! Feet are throbbing and I'm looking forward to a cool shower, but all good!
Cross trainer tomorrow to give the knee a rest.
