It’s including the warm up and cool down walks, but I couldn’t care less. It’s +5K!

And I’m not even graduated!!!

Nijmegen (Holland), so my closest parkruns are in Germany, as of December 2017. My home run is Worthing though. I try to visit that area in England as often as I can. Counting down the days to the next visit this month!

I messaged parkrun already! Got a few people here, including the running shop, that are interested as well. But sadly no plans from HQ to start in Holland. So I hoping Germany start one closer by, since I’m 10 minutes away from the border 😂

Getting this all wrong. I went out for w8r1 on Wednesday morning and I didn't lift my foot high enough and clipped the kerb. Boom, over one goes and a few days off to recover, doh, 😀.
