End of week 5. At last!!

I’ve struggled with week 5, I went on holiday for a week after run 2. Couldn’t face trying to run 20 minutes when I got back so decided to repeat run 2. I didn’t quite complete it and felt really down all night so I repeated it again the next time I ran.

I git up this morning and decided to give the 20 minutes a go, I was ready to not complete it and had decided to run as much of it as I could and repeat as often as necessary. I can’t believe I actually did it all!! I am so proud of myself, I posted it straight onto FB!!

I was surprised to see that the breaks come back in at week 6 though, what’s the reason for that (not that I’m complaining!) :)
