W3 in the bag. Chomping at the bit to start W4, but I have a busy weekend so it’ll need to wait until Monday. How will I manage?! 😩😅

I can’t believe I’m saying all this. I used to be a confirmed running hater and made all kinds of excuses not to take it up. Too busy, legs not long enough, too old. That’s all out the window thanks to this wonderful app and all you friendly and very encouraging forum members!
