5 day interval since last run - yoga and Hot weather got in the way ...

So I did this walking/running/crawling thing this morning before it got hot - and I actually feel quite good (now it's finished)! - but can't see me running a full 5k - ever!!

Oh give over! 😁 You will! Have faith. This is a brilliant programme so stick with it and watch the magic happen. Go slowly all the way through and you”ll crack it. Oh yes you will 💪👍

You will make amazing progress. All of us ahead of you have. From W2 I’d never have believed I’d graduate, then start running early mornings and plan my Friday/Saturday around running a 5k.
