so...i am doing a rest tomorrow. Since i ran today? I will walk in the.morning. Most people on this forum are in England I believe. I am here in boiling hot Oklahoma....in the Midwest usa! Here we support our president.....have farms and ranches....i am native American.....Cherokee. i am so excited to be here on this forum doing this running thing. I want to be like jim Thorpe. I am very close to where he used to run. He is my hero for sure. Thanks to all for the encouragement. It is so helpful.
