I plan which days to run in advance & then don’t allow myself to question it, - I refuse to have any sort of in my head conversation about it & have a “ get out of the door in under 10 mins approach - (unless I’m ill). That has really helped me. 😀
I used to absolutely detest running. I’m now on Week 3 of C25K and the feeling of achievement I get after each run is amazing and I can honestly say I’m hooked.
Maybe you’ll get that same feeling once you do your next run? It’s worth a try isn’t it? Go on! 😀
