First 10 minutes went well. Then 6 minutes into to second run I twisted round to check for traffic at a junction and got a pain in my lower back. Completed the run without too much pain but lower back is very sore now. Hot bath, Ibuprofin gel and light stretches for a few days before I attempt R3. It’s no fun on the IC!
