Week 6 Run 2 in the Rain

Just completed W6R2 despite the rain :)

Feeling a little bit aprehensive about the 25 minute run 3. Any advice?

Just do what you've been doing already the plan has prepared you for it . Then come back and let is know how you get on

Well done. The next run is pretty much the challenge you beat last week with the 20 minute run... you’re stronger and fitter than you were then... relax... pace down... and get in your happy rhythm... you can do it.

Well done you ⭐️ As to 6:3, like any other run, take it slow and steady, and if it hurts too much, slow down again. You’re ready and you can do it, and we’re all right here with you x

You’ve already done that ‘biggie ‘ : 20 minutes nonstop. So your body can handle the extra 5 minutes. Now it’s more of a mental challenge.

Just relax into it... these longer runs are just meant for relaxed slow running.Let the newly forming running legs begin to find their happy pace:)
