Went to a shop which do that thing where you watch you running on a treadmill.
They came with some different options, put them on me and then walked to the entrance of the shop and said ‘off you go. Do a lap of the shopping centre. See how they feel’.
I’m then running in the middle of shopping centre past shops, haha.
Chose some New Balance shoes. Early birthday present from my husband.

Just ordered myself something that looks very similar yesterday from the Asics website, can't wait to get them, in my head they are going to make me superhuman. I think the technology that is now in running shoes is unbelievable. Enjoy your new purchase they look fantastic!

Ooooh I love those! And I love the 'lap of the shops thing!' I saw somewhere recently that there's a trend, where groups if people just run laps around indoor shopping centres! Kind if appealing when it's icy out...🤔
