Holiday Running - who is this person?!

I am currently working my way through week 8! Woo hoo...I’m getting there slowly and steadily - it’s taken me a while - I can’t always run 3 times a week as I have a baby and a toddler and childcare can be an issue but I’m not giving up and I feel so much better for it! This programme has exceeded my expectations and I really encourage anyone to give it a go. We are in Portugal this week and I’ve even managed 2 runs here 🙌🏼 (I have never ever exercised on holiday before!) I had no idea where I was going but that made the run go by very quickly! Happy running folks! 🏃🏼‍♀️

That’s brilliant. I’ve always seen people on holiday running and thought they are mad. Now I’m just jealous I wasn’t a runner then!
