Week 5 2nd Run did well better this time not sure about next 3rd run for 20mins !

Hi Robert128, If you hunt around the forum you would find many stories of apprehension about W5R3! I know when I was preparing for it anyone would have thought I was about to take part in a major event! Anyway, the advice is take it slow and steady or even slower. Trust the programme, each run has been preparing you for the next one. All the best with it! I hope that you enjoy it.

Many thanks for advice, just completed W53rd run, not as bad as thought it would be ! Achy not runned for 20 mins since school a few 50+yrs ago ! Feeling accomplished thanks .
