Misbehaved but back on track 😁

Well ..🤗...confession time! I fear i have been misbehaving this past week and took myself off to a music festival in a little hideaway village in Co Clare west of Ireland where the craic and music was just too good to be conducive to running !! Soooo i didn’t really expect to complete the 25 min run of w6 r3..but...whaddya know..i did!!!!!!!😁 maybe letting down the hair now and again doesn’t do any harm after all. Good to be back on track though.i remember reading posts of people from week 6 with jealousy when i started and thinking wow theyre brilliant and now here i am!!! I know i’m not at the finish line yet by a long shot but yeh...i’m chuffed with myself 😁☺️ Anyone starting today...keep going, it works!!!!!!
