Felling happier today upped my pace from Monday & Wednesday

There are times I feel like stopping due to thinking how far what time etc 🙄 but then I think I can’t give up I will let me down so I make my shopping list, concentrate on the music or plan my day anything to stop me thinking about the run and how hard it is

The old me would have given up by now, I just think I feel fitter I have lost weight and inches and I feel great not bad for an oldie 😃

Everyone is doing amazing on here and I love reading about your journeys we all have ups and downs 😊 keep going at your own pace whatever week and run your on it’s not a competition

Lovely post - and well done on completing W7😉. Like you I need distractions to keep on going but what a great feeling when we stick to it. 🙂

Well done!

You are dead right - we are just competing with ourselves and those gremlins in our heads who want us back on the couch.
