Last week I posted that I finally completed the 25 mins nonstop, after not being able to do it... both on the 3rd run of week 6 and then also Wk7/Run1... but finished it on the 2nd run in Week 7. I’m happy to say that I not only jogged the 25 minutes today, but jogged for 28 minutes! I feel confident to say that I can do it again this upcoming week in Week 8😃.

For all beginners in this program, some of us have been where you are saying to ourselves that we never can imagine running for THAT long.. whether it’s 90 secs, 3 minutes, 8 minutes or most of all 20 minutes LOL 😂 (that was me) or 25/30 minutes..... but you can. Believe in yourself, be patient and take it slow so that you are able to breathe (even if it means that you’re practically jogging at a walking pace).. you are still doing it! This program is designed to work... if it can work for me who is overweight, approaching 50 years old and never been a runner, then it can also work for you. Stay positive ❤️

Thank you. I am certainly doing just that... sticking to it like glue! It has taken me this far and I’m just 2 weeks away now from completion. Thank you for the encouragement ❤️
