I’m with you in this one. I started week 4 and struggled so went back and did week 3 twice more then restarted week 4 this week. This time round it’s been ok but I’m going to repeat it to make sure.

Did you manage the runs? If so, you don’t need to repeat the week.
(You can choose to, but you may be fine...)
I managed with a sneaky longer walk after the three min jog, so I do need to repeat again I think but I’m fine with that.
