Sometimes its nice to go out see what you can do. Obviously following sensible guidelines....when i first started c25k i couldnt manage 5 mins. Im now at 15k and working upwards. Follow the program it will all fall into place

Wow....just wow!

That’s a speedy trail you’ve left there :) You’re right, it’s amazing what the programme leads to. It seems about 5 minutes ago that I thought running for 60 seconds a challenge 😊🏃🏻‍♀️

I hadn’t run for precisely 30 years. I’m sure it’s not good for the soul to feel so smug but it does feel very, very good to know I can do it again 😊

Wow! If you don’t mind me asking how did you get yourself up to 15k? I’ve literally just graduated but will be running the Great South Run in October so have about another 4 months to increase my distance! Any tips????

Morning lolly. After c25k i consolidated 5k for a month. Then picked up on juju's 10k...which worked wonders. Once at 10k again a bit of considation, get a feel for the distance etc.

Then decided have a crack at HM. So bit off digging and found a HM plan on the Nike plus which is working ok. ☺
