Yay I finished week two ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

I am really looking forward to week three!!!

I love how I feel after a 5:30am run, I feel so much better and brighter at work. Someone commented how well I look, I think because Iโ€™m concentrating on eating better and drinking more fluids itโ€™s making me look brighter in addition to the added exercise.

Iโ€™m sure I will hit the wall at some point but I can feel myself feeling better in many ways since starting this program

Congratulations on completing another run and finishing another week. Running in the early morning is what I do too, weekdays that means getting up at 5:00 and getting out there as soon as I can. I think I get an extra dose of self-righteous smugness knowing that I've done this before most other (lazy) people have even got out of bed! On a more important note, I do find that I feel far more energised during the day on my running days, but understandably start nodding even earlier in the evening after the combination of my early start and added exertion! Good luck with Week 3, from what you've said I think you're going to be fine. Don't worry if you do eventually hit a wall (as long as it's not literally!), I've had a few hiccups along the way meaning that I've had to re-name runs as practices, but practice does make perfect as they say, what you learn in your practice runs (to take the advice to 'slow down and then slow down some more' usually in my case) will help you in the next one. What a great adventure C25K is!
