Start by finding some suitable, comfortable shoes in your wardrobe and some clothes you can move in. The first couple of weeks you can manage in most things.
Download the app, chose your mentor. Maybe have a listen to a session to see how it works first. You can play your own music as well as the app to keep you going. You'll ideally need headphones to listen on the go.
Then the biggest step... deep breath and just get out there and try the first one! I promise you won't regret it 👍😉

You are going for a jog, not a race, not a run. Nice and steady. A pair of trainers, shorts and t shirt. I always take a small bottle of water. It does feel weird and alien to us all to begin with. Don't feel intimidated, we are all the same inside. Pick a flat route of about 3k in length. Avoid the heat of the midday sun (we all know what they say about mad dogs and Englishman) and smile!
