Not sure if it was running outside as I have done the treadmill up to now or running in the morning when I normally run at night but boy it was really hard to get my breath. My husband came with me and pushed me on and I did it. We were walking the dogs too so i even added a little extra 3 min run towards the end 😊

Well done on getting outside, imho it's definitely the best place to be to run. But it is very different as you have to propel yourself along (TM not moving under you) and the ground is uneven and you have to regulate the pace. It can take some adjusting to. So Imwould say slow down while you get used to it - if you're out of breath and can't hold a conversation you're going too fast. Being pushed along can be good, just don't get pushed too much at the start of your outside adventures.
Just in case you haven't seen it there's a wealth of great info here
