It all came together!

Week 8 run 3 this morning. Week 8 has been a bit of a tough one for me, I ended up repeating it because my runs got so stretched out, and it’s been hard. But this morning for whatever reason it all came together. The weather was great for me, slightly chilly breeze, drop or two of rain. Perfect 😁! And my legs felt like they could run right from the start. And they kept on going and kept on going! And most importantly my brain behaved as well and I actually enjoyed the feeling of knowing I could make it to the end. I felt a bit strong 😊And a teeny bit fierce 😊😊🤪. I’m fairly sure I didn’t go any further or any faster, but it just felt really good. Looking forward to week 9 now ....

Well done Maybe !! Isn't it wonderful when the planets line up and you have one of those runs. Good luck with W9, you'll nail it :) :)

Thank you Lorijay. I’ve had a bit of a grim time with my other week 8 runs, so it was a fantastic feeling 😁

It won't be Maybe for much longer. Will be looking out for your graduation post. You got this! :)
