So this week there’s 2, 3 minute runs !!!!! I thought that’s me finished !!!!! But I did it without a problem - surprised myself. I started at a weight if 17’10 and have lost 10lbs in 2 weeks - I’m eating healthy because otherwise I feel doing this programme is pointless.
Really feeling good about myself - looking forward to run 2 on Monday 😂😂😂😂.
Have not told my friends I’m doing this yet but think I will when I get to week 4 - have a lovely weekend everyone 😃😃😃
